i'm making a big meal from him made up of his hometown favorites. i'll be making a big pot of segedínský guláš and domáce knedle to go with it. i'll also be making a small portion of skvarky(having trouble finding pork belly) as well as some cevapcici. i have these fresh pickles i canned earlier in the week ready to go for the meal too
