I didn’t say to go out and buy thousands of dollars worth of land and seeds/equipment to farm and work on, I said that actually managing your time instead of plopping your fatass to watch Netflix for hours and buying food worth a damn instead of relying on cheap and addicting mass produced garbage can go a pretty long way. Even Walmart has relatively healthy items that don’t really cost much, and you can still just use the power of the search engine to look at different brands and see which is worth getting and which you should avoid.
