My recipe is like this
1lb ground meat. Brown it and season ot with whatever youre gonna use. Cayenne, paprika, cumin, and garlic salt. Add into two diced medium sized onions. Let them cook a bit. I then add two to three sliced jalepenos. After that, one can of rinsed kidney beans, one can diced tomatoes, a small (8oz) can of tomato sauce, and 8 oz of liquid - broth, beer, wine, something. Mix it up and let it simmer for however log you want.
