it hurts knowing that the goat hot sauce exist but few have tried it.
Calypso is
>hot, but not too hot
>fruity
>tangy
>and savory

and for the guys who want a hotter sauce Matouks also does a Scotch Bonnet hot pepper sauce which is also pretty good but lacks the greatness of the Calypso imo.
