Salsa macha and peanut butter fluffy potato bread sandwiches. I ate salsa macha with every single meal during one summer and must have developed some level of stomach ulcer from it. One day toward the end of the summer I ate my meal with salsa macha as usual and threw up shortly after. Everything I tried to get down, even water in too large amounts would come back up for about three weeks. I stopped eating anything spicy or irritating when the vomiting began, but it didn't matter. My stomach was totally fucked. I used to love spicy food, but I it took a few years for me to be able to eat spicy stuff without stomach issues. I still enjoy spicy stuff, but I tend to go for much more mild to medium spiciness levels now.
