Let's think about this logically. When you go to a restaurant they give you bread first, thus you should eat the pizza crust first. Furthermore the center of the pizza is the hottest thus it should be eaten last.

I used to eat everything crust first. Pizza, sandwiches, pop tarts, you name it. Crusts were my least favourite part of a meal so it made sense to eat them first.
