Also, you're only supposed to used stainless-bottomed pans on these.
Rough (cast iron, stoneware) will ofc scratch it.
Aluminum & copper supposedly leave streaks if you get the temp too high (I never knew what this was, is it actually molten metal?).
That sort of narrows your options because unless you want to go full-on stainless a la this guy >>17575351 it can be hard to find a non-stick pan which also has a stainless bottom. I've used pic related, kek made by Buzzfeed if you can blieve it.
