Prove that a poorly understood mechanism in the body confuses the sweeter with Sugar, and then spikes Glucose because it think its sugar?
That is proven

The core of the issue is that for Aspartame, a Soda is going to contain 0,2-0,5% Aspartame
Where sugar soda usually contains 9-11% as sugar.
So if Aspartame gave you a 1:1 insulin spike, it would give 22-45 times less of a spike than sugar Soda.
But unless somebody has access to a journal and non questionnaire tests: We wouldn't know if this is significant enough to affect a Keto diet.

So here is how it works:
1. Pizzerias can in theory purchase all the ingredients to make sauces

2. But in reality, a lot of them will just buy sauces in bulk from their main provider, or franchise provider

3. Even things like Ranch is mixed from yoghurt or sour creme with a prepurchased powder mix. Very few actually made ranch, which is a shame.
The same is true for a lot of garlic sauces and many others.
