I don't generally like Buffalo sauce, and I've had a burger with it on before at Whataburger. Didn't ruin it though.
I also had a burger with pineapples that I'd prefer not have pineapples on it. I think it was a Teriyaki-themed burger.

I used to hate having those chopped onions on my burger like they do (did?) at McD and BK, but I've completely reversed on that.
