We're going turkey-free for our post-Thanksgiving friends-not-family feast here. I was going to do a pecan-butter stuffed pork roast (pic related - the test batch last night was awesome), but our neighbor got a deer yesterday so it's going to be roast leg of Bambi instead.

On the actual day I'll be at my folks place with the turkey and cornbread dressing and all the other standards, but we wanted to go a little different for our after-party.
