You using the Italian taste as the gold standard makes you look like a retarded fool. Everyone knows the Italians have shit taste and the best Italian food is American Italian food. Spaghetti & meatballs, chicken parmesan, and yes, the modern pizza. The modern pizza that we all know today around the world seen in the attached pic is American style. Traditional Italian pizza is shit and the Americans improved upon it and everyone prefers the improved version.

I agree that Gordon Ramsay is generally an overrated dumbass but with pineapple pizza he's right.
