It's pretty great.
Meat/veg/fruit/booze/basic shit like eggs is at least as good as the stuff from the other supermarkets, and at least 20-30% cheaper.
Plus they actually pay their employees pretty well.
I wish they did packaging free shit, but I'm pretty sure their whole profit model would collapse if they had to weigh shit instead of scanning barcodes as quickly as possible.
Also, the random shit aisle is great.
