I'm watering out some salted whitefish right now.
I love how flaky it gets when you salt and boil it.
Having it tomorrow or the day after I suppose.
Salted, watered out, boiled.
Served with basic white sauce with strong grainy mustardfor to either mix in or have as a secondary sauce.
Also potatoes and fried bacondice. And a few slices of those red beets I pickled the other day.
