Brewing at 72°C for 15s.
Absolutely no astringency at all. The 2 cups had the best flavor over all, with a sharp decline on the third and almost none on the fourth.
Tastes of buttery corn husks. Euphoric feeling shortly after drinking my fourth cup. Empty cup smell is that of honey, while the empty gaiwan smell is that of cottoncandy.
A fifth cup brewed at 25s for 78°C confirms that the taste has mostly gone away with solely the bitterness remaining.
