I was the same as you abs thought it was a trend. I'm now so bad I can't put ONE macaroni noodle in my mouth without get an ulcer in my mouth where it touched. I sleep without taking medication now and I'm off my migraine meds as well. It had totally bettered my life by taking gluten out of the diet. Thanks, /ck/!!!
