Challenger Moose presents a Classic French Sourdough Baguette Sandwich!

My submission to the contest: a classic french baguette (home baked), with homemade mayonnaise, sliced roast chicken breast, crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and a tapenade made from olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes (among other things). I wasn't really aiming for originality since I initially had no intention of entering this into the contest. It was only after I posted a version of this sandwich here yesterday that someone told me about the challenge.
Instead, my aim was to make a fairly simple sandwich from scratch, something that has a good balance between filling and the bread, since as far as I'm concerned the baguette is the main "player" here.
