Singapore noodles is a common curry stir fry recipe on menus at most chinese restaurants.

To make your own curry stir fry, just go with the basic soy + corn starch base with added ingredients from there: chili paste, garlic, ginger, whatever you like, plus some curry powder (or garam masala) or buy the thai curry pastes which pack in some added ginger, lemongrass, shallots, cilantro, etc.

Your pic is indian style, which I dare say is mostly pureed onions, too much coriander and cumin, and whatever else cheapness they can use to fill up the jar. It's delicious but it's not good enough for stir frying in small amounts.
