This. For goods sake, everytime i cook it (maybe 2x a Year) i fall for it. 5 Pounds of good Beef, marinated for 7-12 Days in a selfcooked Vinnegarbroth. After 3 hours in the Oven its reduced to 3 pounds. And i destroy it like the Wehrmacht raids Poland. If you Guys never got the chance to try a good Sauerbraten...well,change it as soon as possible.
