Heat wok/pan, oil, raw meat, stir, oil, rice (not fresh), egg, soy sauce, stir until there's no longer a sticky mess, add vegetables, stir 1 - 2 minutes, done.

The whole thing should only take five minutes.

Doesn't have to be a lot of oil, doesn't have to be a lot of soy sauce.
