Second of all, there are many many kinds of pollinating insects that are not bees. Pic related.

Honey? Yeah. That's a big one. Most people probably won't notice given that most of the "honey" sold today is already fake. But since good honey is worth a great deal of money it will never disappear, there is immense financial pressure to keep it around, though it may well become less accessible than it is today, sort of like what happened with the Gros Michael banana. They didn't really go extinct, they're just not the standard commercial banana anymore.
