When you say "hotdog mustard" do you mean the American mustard? You should have either wholegrain like you said, or English with them.

I love a good scotch egg. I prefer the yolk to be less cooked than that though.

I do wonder why they are called scotch eggs when they were created in England by Fortnam and Masons of London.
