I got a canned chi-hi and a bag of peanuts (the sandwich and chips were good suggestions, I was actually going for chips but saw the peanuts and changed my mind at the last second) from the supermarket and enjoyed them by the river near my house. As I was coming home I saw some workers bringing old furniture out of a house and chucking it in the back of a truck which was clearly headed for a dump. A few weeks ago at the same house I saw an ambulance taking away an old guy on a stretcher. I guess he didn't make it.

When I arrived home my wife was very happy to see me and I began to cook dinner. I put the extra beer I bought in the fridge and I'm going to drink that with dinner. I'm making shoyu ramen tonight which is my wife's favourite, I've been trying to make it taste like the style they make in her hometown which is slightly sweet.
