As for that other omlet, you can literally just google omurice recipes and you'll find examples of different kinds of omurice. Maybe you're too stupid to know how to google. That's okay, life is hard but maybe you'll get lucky and choke on your own spit someday, I can find you examples. I'm always reluctant to single out examples since you'll probably find some tiny detail to justify the example not counting, but this one doesn't seem bad. You'll notice that it is quite different from the style seen in >>6696866 (if you disagree on this point, you haven't had many omlets at all).
