There’s a local Texmex chain that uses I believe Sysco and their coffee is possibly the most fragrant and delicious I’ve ever had.
I think it’s Colombian, but it’s consistently flavorful. I tried asking what kind do they get, and the old Mexican lady who always teases me and calls me “mijo” just winked and said have a good day
