That risotto was a product of using what i had in the kitchen to create something. Stop talking down when I am above you dude.

I finally finished the remainder of this Osso Buco.

considering making the leftover osso buco for dinner, but i dont want to make any more dishes.
i also lack wine or stock to make another risotto and dont have pasta thicc enough to compliment osso bucco
