I have that one, be aware that you need to make an aluminum foil cup under the bottom vents or the ash just blows everywhere since the metal disk isn't removable. The bottom vent will also get ash in it and become stuck so you'll never be able to close it, but that's rarely necessary. Also, there's no real handle to close the bottom vent so it'd be too hot anyway. This>>20386127 is a better choice in every way but if you're just cooking for one person it's up to you.
