I'm a german and shit is just insanely cheap here. Did you know you can get 3 0,5l 5% abv beers for 1€ here? Booze is also available everywhere, at any time and is served at every social event.
There are other things I'd rather do, I prefer psychedelics, for instance, but theses three factors make it fucking impossible to avoid that shit once you started (which I did at 14) and you'll be able to afford booze even if you're on welfare or homeless for that matter. Personally, I consider myself lucky If I don't drink any hard stuff. Don't even want to know what it's like in Russia or the Ukraine desu.
