Alternatively just stop drinking alcohol. Coming from degenerate myself, I can tell you that the fun literally just stops at some point. You no longer drink to even enjoy it, it's just all you how to do. Become /antabuse/ and/or /naltrexone/ like me.

My exgf was a celiac and my mom and sister have gluten intolerance, my ex would be in total fucking pain the whole day and my mom and sister would get extreme diarrhea.

I agree there is a lot of stupid gluten free people, but it does affect some people.
