we are one of the only bigger cities without a white castle in our region and I'm convinced it's because of our mom and pop slider trailer that's been downtown since the 40s. It's like white castle with better beef, twice the onions, and harder bread. once you walk in the trailer you reek of onions so bad there are times when a shower doesn't get rid of all the stank. and rarely do they even get a decent caramelization on the onions it's pretty gay
