I really only care for tabasco on shitty pizza and greasy spoon omelets. Although the chipolte flavor one they have is also pretty good on cheap restaurant hash browns.

I can't stop pouring this shit down my throat. Chipotle (the burrito place) introduce it to me and goddamn if it isn't fucking delicious.

It just...it just goes so well together. I still prefer green peppers in vinegar, though.

Have you ever made a recipe that you saw on a package? What was it and did you like it? I see them all the time on bags of flour, canned food, dried pasta, hot sauce, condiments, etc.

One time I was in the mood for buffalo wings, so I went to buy a bottle of Frank's, and I was reading the labels on the other hot sauces and more or less just browsing the different varities. I noticed a recipe on the back of Louisiana hot sauce so I did that instead.

Of course it fucking delivered.

Chicken burrito, no beans, corn salsa, lettuce, and extra sour cream.

This is where I have drawn the line for myself as well. Although when I first started using daves I would tear up like a baby just tasting a little bit of it. Recently I have been using it so much that I have really gotten used to it and I have to use a ton to get that same effect. It is also really old, so maybe it is losing potency?

Anyway, pic related, my favorite. I love making mexican food and this stuff just goes well with all of it. Or sweetpotatoes, or hot dogs, or pot roast, etc. It is a pretty mild sauce, but I love the hell out of it.
