In general, I prefer Japanese culture in ways to Chinese, as I always had more of a fascination with ninja culture than kung fu culture though both are cool.

Though I must say, Chink food in general seems more appatizing than the fishy fish obsessed Jap food, fishing cultures are really gross to me like the Vikings or Japs, smelly fishy people.

Why do people on cooking shows always act so dramatic with their silverware and rip open the food so much? Like they need to dissect something or think anybody is impressed with the way they do it as they take a bite
