This one is pretty good if you like dark roasts with milk added, although I have to add more than the recommended amount for it to taste good. If you find instant coffee too weak but don't want too much caffeine, someone here said you can just add one scoop of the regular and then add decaf until it has more flavor.

Possibly. Nobody is really sure exactly why coffee gives some people an upset stomach. Some people say it's the caffeine, some people say there's a chemical in coffee that causes your intestines to think it's time to poop, and some people say it's the roasting process.

i like instant coffee because it's convenient but also easy to make it really strong if that's how you like it. i put in like 5x the recommended amount. i like the flavor but i can't drink it too often because it upsets my stomach. the effects of the caffeine like that when you have no tolerance is also almost like a drug which is pleasant. it doesn't make me jittery but gives me a kind of floaty feeling.

how mad does this make you? i enjoy high quality coffee but pic related tastes decent too, and it's convenient
