The best part of the schemes I come up with to feed myself is that sometimes they seem like they didn't work and I just put them in the fridge but then four days later I find a way to eat the leftover schemes so my scheme didn't actually fail, it just took a while for it to work.

You're right, I've just been taking pictures of everything at Walmart and coop to compare stuff.
>>16401068
I see. There are a lot of pots and pans at the local places.
Once I return this stupid wifi antenna I bought I'll have a little extra money to buy some stuff.
I don't have any furniture so I might try and buy a cheap chair too. Maybe a table if I can find one for like $10.
I've only ever cooked rice in a rice cooker, I don't know how to do it in a pot.

Are those mini grills worth it? Or is it basically using a spatula to press shit together on a hot pan?
There are some of those little george foreman shitters for sale for like $10.

I'm hungry for something sweet but it's 1am. Please help me prepare something. Here's a list of things I have:
- sugar, salt and ground cinnamon
- yeast and baking powder
- wheat flours (00 and whole grain)
- potato starch
- 150 grams of pineapple chunks
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- some raisins
I could just eat the pineapples and the raisins but that doesn't sound like fun.

>go to food bank
>there's actually an old woman in there puttering around like it's a fairy tale
>she takes off her apron when I come in as though visitors to the food bank are rare
>this makes sense cause there are only two reviews for the food bank
>and one of those reviews is just from a do-gooder liberal who obviously never went
>the other one was a complaint about getting expired food
>anyway the food bank mistress asks me how I want to choose my food
>what do you mean?
>well, you could just take this piece of paper and check off what you need, like butter and flour
>or I could come to your house and see what you need for myself and make you some food if that's what you want

damn thank goodness barely anyone shows up to these foodbanks, if everyone knew about the nice old lady there the whole system wouldn't work. Of course I won't be telling anyone, no one admits they go to foodbanks.

Hey /ck/, I recently got a crock pot, and I want to make some stew. I've got about 3 1/2 pounds of pork loin thawing in the fridge that I'm gonna make into stew tomorrow. I'm planning on going out to the store to get some carrots, potatoes, and maybe some onions to go with it. I'm not sure what the appropriate ratio of meat to everything else is though.

Thoughts?
