Hey /ck/, I'm have trouble deciding on something.
For Valentine's Day, I'm making a four course meal for us. I'm using lobster in a couple of courses (first and second).
To keep this short, which is least likely to overpower the flavor of lobster and other lighter flavors from fresh herbs and vegetables, a grilled polenta cake, or a lump dungeness crab cake?
