I got a two pound bag of cubed goat at Walmart this year and made a goat curry. It was pretty good.

I've gotten goat milk before, but it's more expensive than cow milk so it's not a regular thing.

They're not good for everything, but for the right recipes they're phenomenal. They're a great way to cook pulled pork and tougher meats like goat. Pic related: I cooked a goat curry in mine last week.
