So I'm bored on a Friday night and having friends over tomorrow to make some Swedish meatballs. If you're prepping the night before, would it be better to make the mix and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or cook them and have them sit in gravy overnight?
Both sound like decent options. One getting the breadcrumbs and onion to set-up in the meat, the other to fry it off then let the gravy soak in.

That looks pretty good, I'd eat the shit out of that. Haystack onion rings held together with a bit of batter. Wouldn't quite call it a tot, though.
