how do people drink liquid meal replacements like soylent or huel without shitting themselves?

Is soylent tasty? I've never had it.

This is one of the best meal replacement drinks I've ever had. Convenient and nutritious.

I actually want to try these. I'm one of those people who's not really that into food and just eat so I'm not starving. Regardless of that I can't force myself to eat simple yet bland food like canned beans or something like that just for the nutrition.
So, has anyone here actually tried Soylent? Are there any flavors that are particularly good/bad?
