I'm guessing around a week. It filled an 11 x 16 baking dish so I'll probably freeze around half of it. It's probably around 12 servings.

Gotta wait for it to cool a bit now. The recipe said to score the dough into serving sized pieces but I didn't. Kind of see why it called for that now. I probably won't be able to get clean cuts since it's so brittle.
