So /ck/ I was wondering what is the perfect breakfast one can have to start the day. For the past year I've lived off of oats blended with water and a single type of fruit for breakfast, I change the fruit for variety, but now I want to know what item or combination of items give you the best nutritional value for breakfast without wasted calories.
