How do I figure out how much I need to put in for a batch of stock? I just bought a new 24L stockpot and wanted to try making a big batch of stock. It’s been a couple hours in and it looks a little watery still. Am I just jumping the gun or should I just let it reduce by half or so? I’m curious how much I would need to throw in to properly flavor a big batch
