place bread on skillet at med heat and toast slices, then place cheese combo on bread slices and combine slices, turn heat to low and be patient while flipping occasionally, bread stays nice and toasty while the cheese inside melts without becoming fucking liquid, it's not hard. i'm pretty sure american cheese is loved exclusively by impatient dumbfuck poorfags.
