I've had dog a couple times in Korea. It really depends on how they prepare it. The first time I had it was in Busan, and it was real shit. Just a really bland soup, no real seasoning.
But the other times I had it were in real rural parts of Korea, and they really prepared the meat well. Honestly, if it weren't dog meat, I could see people enjoying those meals.
