For the past few months I've been using one of these to make cold brew coffee. I empty two 16oz bottles of water into it and some freshly ground up columbian beans and toss it in the fridge overnight. I only drink 16oz of coffee a day and so I end up making coffee every other day with this method. It has two different lids, one with a filter for pouring and another lid with just a gasket to seal it (though the seal isn't super tight). I've been wondering how long coffee like this lasts in the fridge. I think I'm safe with how my coffee never lasts more than two days (and I wash it out with hot water every time), but will coffee become moldy if I leave it in much longer?
