The pork was served with baked potatoes, corn and muenster cheese that was all cooked in the smoker. The block of muenster was put in for about 20 minutes. It melts a little but absorbs tons of smoke flavor. And yes, we were using that spoon to cut off chunks and eat it as a side dish.
