They're using actual "processed cheese", which is still mostly cheese by weight, in excess of 50%. Kraft singles are mostly milk and thickeners with just enough actual cheese to pass muster.

Hey Ro/ck/stars, I have an idea.
I was going to try and get a linecook job at some sitdown restaurant and see if I enjoy it. If I do I was going to go on and go to college for cooking.
What do you guys think?
