I don't like anything in that image except for PayDays and maybe Bottle Caps or Gobstoppers on Halloween.

American candy is more about fun and novelty for kids than something an adult would enjoy with tea. But we do have that if you look in the right places.

Mainly we just don't give a shit, not everything has to be gourmet. What is "meh" to us will be "bad" for you, and even when it's good enough to be a matter of preference, you'll still dislike ours cause you're a little bitch. My favorite candy happens to be Reese's Peanut Butter Cups even though they're technically not great. And we get fun creative stuff like Pop Rocks and War Heads cause we're not stuck up snobs whose sweet tooth was calibrated with Salmiakki.
