stop forcing things on people, I used to be picky because everyone wouldn't stop trying to force different foods on me, it felt horrible and I actually regressed and ate even less of a variety of foods because of the anxiety they caused me, so one day they wouldn't stop bothering me to "try this anon try this" and I told them to screw off and made a huge scene. they left me alone after that, and I was able to chill out and try foods on my own and now I love so many foods I can't count them
