The best way is actually just to refry it, straight out of the fridge, at a higher temperature for just a minute or so, such that the crust is revived but the interior doesn't cook anymore. But I see some exposed meat there so that won't work in this case.

I get good results on these sorts of things by putting it in the microwave very briefly to take the chill of the fridge off in the middle, then putting it in the toaster oven to heat it the rest of the way through. If you try to heat it all the way through in the toaster it tends to burn the outside before the interior is warm. Also, if you aren't doing this already, always store leftover fried foods in paper or something else that will wick away moisture
