I came here to post this but for me its

reason is chimmys should have a crisp to them. micro'ing makes it not so.
Protip: if you are finding that your micro is overcooking the ends in order to get the middle temp up to snuff, drape a wet paper towel over your burreets and they will come out perfecto.
