This isn't some modern bumpkin dictator that dpes whatever they like, this is essentially a very impprtant slave, raised from babby to follow customs and network. They probably spend more meals with strangers than without them. They probably ate more of what their predecessors liked. Whatever has pedigree. They might have some guilty pleasure that they uplift into prestige, but that would probably make up very little of what they actually ate.
